Bistro K's owner is French entrepreneur Jean-Michel Aulas, the founder of the Cegid Group, one of the Europe’s leading management software development companies.
Many leading French Michelin starred chefs work with Jean-Michel, and over time his interest in restaurants has grown and matured. Jean-Michel Aulas partners Paul Bocuse in the restaurant venture, L'Argenson, located close to Lyon's Olympic Stadium.
In 1987, JMA took over the struggling football club Olympique Lyonnais. JMA quickly ensured the club’s promotion to Ligue 1. Since 2000 the club has won 15 titles in France and reached the quarter-finals of renowned Champions League.
